I'm a new Toad customer and was so looking forward to wearing the Holly shirt. However, I wore it for the first time today and the soft fabric ripped (front right) as I was carrying things to the car. Still wearing it later, despite the tear, I was talking on the phone and have no idea what happened, I was just sitting on a chair talking, and I felt it rip on the other side. I no longer have purchasing info as I purchased a month or so ago. I have emailed Toad, asking how to return it and get a refund. I wait for their reply.
It seems others are completely satisfied, but mine is flawed!
